At Entrees4U we change our entrees every month.  While our sides, desserts, appetizers, breakfast items, and salads remain the same (sometimes we add new items), our complete entree list changes the first Tuesday of every month.  You may ask why we do this.  The answer is quite simple:  we have so many entrees that people really enjoy, we want people to be able to have their favorites while trying new ones.

Starting today through midnight on Monday, you can save $10 on every November order over $100.  Our November menu items include: Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Tetrazzini, Vegetable Lasagne and Flank Steak Diane, just to name a few.

"Favorite Things"

At Entrees4U we use several different kitchen utensils daily to create our meals.  Each one of us have different utensils that we consider our favorite to use in the kitchen.  Today, we will share with you one of our "favorite things".  By serving our customers with only the finest and freshest ingredients, our first priority as a meal preparation kitchen is food safety.  Today's "favorite thing" is used for just this: a digital kitchen thermometer.  In our kitchen, we prepare and serve several different proteins: chicken, beef, pork, and fish.  In order to serve these meats properly, each one has to be served at a certain temperature in order to be considered safe to eat.  We make sure all of our proteins are at the proper temperature with this digital thermometer.  Chicken or poultry must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees before it is considered safe to eat.  Ground and tenderized meat must be at an internal temperature of 155 degrees before served.  Pork must reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees, and fish or any kind of seafood must be served at an internal temperature of 140 degrees.  When you order at Entrees4u, all of our prepared meals come with directions which include what temperature your meal should reach before it is safe to share with your family or friends.  Digital thermometers can be purchased at your nearest Target or Walmart for around $10.00.
